PictureClip enables the user to import an image into it and cut the image into individual picture files by the process of drawing lines on the application for the sections. The application will import image formats of BMP, GIF, and JPG; and will export in either JPG or BMP format. For those that use this application for creating images for their web pages, PictureClip will now generate the HTML for them as well.
