Fully written in C# it offers a strong object model with powerful exception handling that allows the merchant to validate data before sending it to the gateway. The class library automatically reads and parses the gateway response and validates the MD5 hash to assure that the response is authentic. Includes also a SNTP class that is able to connect to an internet time server and get the real time for a certain zone to be used in connection with the SIM integration method.

Freeware for fast training, validation, and application of regression/approximation networks including the multilayer perceptron (MLP), functional link network, piecewise linear network, self organizing map (SOM) and K-Means clustering. C source code for applying trained networks is provided, so users can use networks in their own applications. User-supplied txt-format training data files, containing rows of numbers, can be of any size. Example training data is also provided. Fast VB Graphics for network training error and cluster formation are included. Extensive help files are provided in the software. Numap7 is highly automated and requires very few parameter choices by the user. Advanced features include a fast MLP training algorithm (faster and better than BP and LM), input feature selection, pruning (elimination) of useless units (for MLP) and modules for PLN). Training and validation error are plotted versus network size. Utilities are provided for counting patterns, deleting columns, combining files, splitting files, calculating column mean and standard deviation, and plotting column histograms. Training data can be compressed using the discrete Karhunen-Loeve' transform (KLT). This freeware version of Numap7 limits the MLP to 10 hidden units and limits the PLN to 10 clusters. Upgradable to the commercial version, which lacks these limitations. The classification (decision making) version of this software, called Nuclass7, is also available. Numap7.0 was developed by the Image Processing and Neural Networks Lab of Univ. of Texas at Arlington, and by Neural Decision Lab LLC.

The CCU is designed to minimize the time needed to create skeleton code in a variety of languages. It allows users to define objects in a friendly GUI or to import code from a text/binary file or a database. Once components have been created or imported, the CCU can output many flavors of source code. The app is perfect for n-tier development in which coders are generally forced to redefine objects in several languages (SQL, HTML/JavaScript, Java, etc.). Beyond just creating table definitions, forms and accessor/mutator methods (respectively), the CCU propagates validation code across several languages. Use the CCU to define basic constraints (String length, number range/precision, regular expressions, etc.) and the appropriate check constraints, JavaScript validation and exception handling code (respectively) will be created. The CCU is also useful for creating backwards compatible or cross-platform versions of code. A handy SQL script, for instance, might have different syntax for various databases. Instead of managing multiple scripts, updates can be made in one place and multiple versions of the code will be output automatically. Of course, it is impossible to do perfect translation of certain algorithms or concepts. It's much easier to debug CCU output than to rewrite something from scratch, though. The app will remember which of its guesses you wish to override. This means that when you make a slight update to your code, you won't need to re-address any of your previous output customizations. And when new languages are released, you can be reasonably sure that new versions of the CCU will allow you to extrapolate from your legacy code. If you're developing an app server or a proprietary language, contact JShift ([email protected]) for licensing information. It's much easier to sell a product if prospective customers have a way to port their existing code. JShift developers can create plug-ins for new languages in as little as a few months.
