Sliders around it are controlling red, green and blue color factors. As you change their positions, resulting image is changing too. At the right there are brightness and contrast sliders. They also affect resulting image. Lock buttons are used to lock groups of sliders so that a) all sliders in the group are linked and moved together and b) locked sliders are not affected by Randomize button.
