	ProfSouz is a WEB-Application intended for organization and optimization work of a small company. It helps to manage document exchange among employees of company, provides centralized document storage, differentiate user access to corporate information. Processing of information is based on Data Base management system MySQL - one of the most fastest and stable systems. The target users of this program are small and medium companies with staff size from 5 to 500 and where most of employers use computer in their work or have access to it. Besides, the program is strongly recommended and would be of great use to a company with allocated structure, i.e. without general local net, with remote offices, frequent business trips of employers etc. The main advantage of program is a remote access. You have no need to be in your office to process the program. You can be everywhere - on business trip, home, on vocation. It's enough to have a computer with Internet access and here you are - checking up presence of employers on their working places, controlling the post and handing out tasks to your staff The whole information is kept on the center server, it means that loss of information as a result of system failure is quite impossible. There's no need to install additional software to client computers. No need to configure every single computer, it's enough to install the program to server and configure it once. The same thing about updating version.
