	Ergo Romanian is a small software application that installs and configures the optimal keyboard layout for the Romanian language. After installation, this layout is readily available from the taskbar's language indicator. Works with any standard QWERTY keyboard. The resulting layout provides fluent typing and requires virtually no training, as well as virtually no keyboard labeling. Non-Romanian letters like Q, W, Y, K, X are moved to the AltGr shift state to make space for the Romanian diacritic letters, taking advantage of the fact that each non-Romanian letter is positioned in the immediate proximity of a base letter of diacritic letters. What's New in v.2.0  1. Now there are two layouts: ER1 and ER2 (both are installed and configured).  2. ER2 has comma S,s, and comma T,t, (comma instead of cedilla).  3. Both ER1 and ER2 have now the following "hidden" additions:   3.1. The ' – ' and ' — ' characters are available on the 1 key under AltGr, as follows:   Type – : press AltGr + 1 ('liniut,a de dialog scurta(', sometimes used as a delimiter too)   Type — : press AltGr + Shift + 1 ('liniut,a de dialog lunga(')   (required for use with small devices where the ' ~ ' key is not present; of course, the ' – ' and ' — ' characters are still present at their default location too.)   3.2. The ' † ' character is available on the 2 key under AltGr, as follows:   Type † : press AltGr + 2   3.3. The typographical/rounded form of the apostrophe ( ’ ) is available on the apostrophe key under AltGr, as follows:   Type ’ : press AltGr + '   (added for editors where conversion of straight apostrophe to rounded one is not available.) 	Side-By-Side Explorer  License: Freeware
	SBS Explorer handles Windows Explorer (the OS file manager) from the system tray. Click to open one centered Explorer. Double-click to open a pair of side-by-side Explorers. Use the Menu Builder to create custom Explorer configurations in the context menu. Each session (single or side-by-side) has its own tray icon. Click icon to hide or show session, independent of other windows on screen. Make a side-by-side session out of two singles. Windows Explorer is an excellent file manager. But when you navigate to the same location over and over again, you wish you could do that easier. SBS can start with Windows. You click its icon in the system tray, or choose from its context menu, to open Explorer sessions. The Menu Builder is where you customize the context menu. Add SIDE-BY-SIDE or SINGLE sessions. An alternative way of using SBS is to add a collection of SINGLE sessions (the most frequently used) to the context menu, and when a SIDE-BY-SIDE session is needed, just open two of the menu sessions into a consolidated SIDE-BY-SIDE one. Sessions have each a tray icon. From there, close, minimize, restore, resize, bring-to-front a session. Minimizing removes Explorers from the taskbar, to avoid clutter. No more lost Explorers among other windows, as sessions now own them. Close a session and it will close its Explorers. Or bring it to front.
