Change your desktop background automatically with NotifyMe and also remind yourself or the kids of important events or chores by using NotifyMe to deliver text messages, images and audio in a multitude of combinations and styles to your desktop as popups, balloon messages, and desktop backgrounds. You could also use NotifyMe as a photo album, slide show presenter (MM) with audio, an audio playlist and more. Two timing mechanisms are provided for activating the notifications (messages) automatically, you can specify a certain time (e.g. 9:00) or you could use the countdown mode and activate a message every half an hour or so. NotifyMe is free for home personal use. If you want to use NotifyMe at work, or school you should consider supporting static-ware.com by purchasing a site licence which enables you to use NotifyMe on all your work computers.
Functions:
Create notification alerts of your own design by attaching your own images and/or audio files to your alerts.
Adjust and format your text options easily like any word-processing program for text alerts.
Preview what a Notification will look like before activating it with the 'Preview' button.
Start, stop & pause your notifications.
Choose between 'Countdown' or 'Timed' mode to control the frequency of your notification.
Save & load different 'themes' (*.nfm files) that you design yourself for when the mood suits you.
Override display and audio settings easily in the 'Options' window should your messages interfere with your games or other work.
Access and control NotifyMe through the System Tray Icon Menu.
Start NotifyMe automatically when windows starts either in minimized or full modes.
Assign a 'startup' file for NotifyMe to load when your PC boots up
