Miraplacid Form is for filling out and printing scanned paper forms or forms in read-only document. Package includes Miraplacid Form Designer and Miraplacid Form Viewer. Scan a form, load it to Miraplacid Form Designer as a background image, add input fields and push a button to open the form in the Miraplacid Form Viewer. Fill the form and print it. You can save form layout and fill the form again later.
