	I/O UPS Weather Event Monitoring  License: Freeware
	This software allows to receive data sent by external devices as a weather station, a UPS, a webcam, and to look up these data remotely. This application also allows to define and launch emergency processes when necessary, and this according to user-defined alarm thresholds (temperature, humidity, barometry, wind speed) or in the event of a power failure (if a UPS is connected to the software). This program communicates with an Oregon weather station connected to the computer via its USB port. It also communicates with an I/O USB card from Velleman (VM110) and with a UPS via its USB port or RS-232 serial port in order to detect power failures. The software can also use pictures taken by one or several webcams in order to allow visual monitoring of processes or places, for example. None of these devices are mandatory, the user connects the ones he/she needs within his/her own configuration. The Oregon weather station can be used in order to monitor the temperature and humidity of a computer room, for example, or of several rooms (up to 10 sensors can be added). In this case, the software will use the collected data as environmental data, while, if the user adds the Oregon anemometer to its configuration in order to measure the wind speed, all the data sent by the Oregon station will be used as real weather data. Moreover, the data are registered both 'real-time' and under the form of averages, minimas and maximas, this continuously, day by day, in order to allow later reuse. 	If you have a domain name, you can use one of the numerous Whois tools to determine its owner. Whois provides complete information about the owner of any domain name, up to the level of mailing addresses and telephone numbers. But what if you don’t have a domain name? What if all you have is a mere IP address? Or what if you don’t need information about the domain name, but are much more interested in who owns the Web server where it’s hosted? Quite often it is still possible to determine the owner, or, rather, the assignee, of an IP address. IP addresses in North America are assigned by ARIN, an independent, nonprofit corporation that provides IP registration. It is possible to unveil details about the organization that uses a particular IP address, or, to be precise, a block of IP addresses. There are no tools that come with Windows which can look up information about an IP address. Instead, you can visit ARIN database, learn about its query syntax, and fire up search on an IP address. If the address does not belong to the North American block, you will quite often see only the basic information specifying the country and organization responsible for assigning IP addresses there. To discover owner information of your original IP address, you then will have to visit a whois server of that organization and repeat the whole process. While there’s nothing wrong in doing all these queries, it takes an awful lot of time. We at Soft Institute wrapped the same thing into a small and package. 	Autoroute SMTP (ARS) is designed for automatic switching between SMTP servers depending on what network you are currently working in. E.g. you have two Internet service providers - FIRST and SECOND. Normally, IP address authorisation is used for SMTP servers, therefore when you are connected to the FIRST ISP you can send mail to any e-mail address from any e-mail address through his mail server (e.g., SMTP.FIRST.COM). In the same way, having established connection with the SECOND ISP you can freely use its server SMTP.SECOND.COM. But not vice versa. Normally, in that situation user has to get a e-mail address from a free mail server and use its SMTP server to deliver mail, though server of ones ISP ensures much faster and more convenient delivery. The problem is that one has two ISP's. Autoroute SMTP offers solution for that problem. The only thing you have to do is to enter one mail server with address localhost (or 127.0.0.1) in your mail client settings. Then, the mail client will establish connection with Autoroute SMTP, and Autoroute SMTP will automatically switch it to the right server. To choose the right server, Autoroute SMTP compares your IP address to IP addresses of SMTP servers you have entered and chooses one that is located in your sub-net. If no server was found, Autoroute SMTP can use server your specified in the settings. You can also disable automatic server detection, or even choose a mail server in automatic mode yourself from the list you have created by clicking the "Next > > " button.
