This mahjongg game has OpenGL compatible 3D graphics and lots of other features. Click on the tiles by pairs to remove them all. The only condition is that they must both be free : no tile on them, and at least one side free - no tile on their left or no tile on their right, at least in the original rules. The tiles must be identical, except if they belong to a Flower or a Season family. In this case, they have to be from the same family. You will find only one tile of each kind, i.e. four season tiles and four flower tiles. For the other kinds of tiles, there are four of each (i.e. two pairs) on the board. If you can't find any more pairs press "Hint" button on the toolbar to get a hint. You can also undo your moves up to the beginning of a game using "Undo" and "Redo".

Moraff's 3D-Jongg is a mahjong game that offers excellent ray-traced graphics, with game tiles that appear to be made of wood and marble. This new version includes a completely redesigned tile maker program, image browser, background brower, layout selector and more! The 3D aspects are simulated, as sculptures rise from the tiles and cast shadows. The number three has additional significance in this game -- you're required to remove three tiles at a time and not just two like traditional mahjong solitaire, making the game a bit more challenging. The object of the game is to match and remove all tile sets from the board in the shortest time. Hint and cheat options are available -- along with multiple undo if you become stumped. Other options include a game timer and score keeper, music, sound effects, and a wide choice of tile stack formats. You will be pleased with the games configurability and save option.

AbcPuzzles offers two variations on a tile-based puzzle game. Each uses the same basic engine, in which you move the tiles in groups of four or more by spinning them with the control located in the corner where four tiles touch. Much like Rubik's Cube in two dimensions, the games are harder than they first look since you must get the tiles properly aligned without disrupting your previous work. AlterJig uses images, scrambling the inner blocks but leaving the outside one intact. Five images are provided, and your own properly formatted bitmaps can be used. Cyclanoid is similar, but your task is to arrange the tiles in rows to match the icons displayed along the game-area border. Demo modes and documentation are included for both games.

Just Breakout is a step-up from the traditional game of bouncing ball on tiles with special features to give you
additional thrill. Just Breakout offers you tremendous excitement while it also tests your patience and reflexes. The objective of the game is no doubt the same as traditional versions of the game and that is to clear all the tiles on the screen. When
you do that, you will advance to the next stage which is often more difficult but more special features will be
available at your disposal. One thing that sets Just Breakout apart from the bouncing-ball tile games is the
uniqueness of the special features. There is a super ball that enables the ball to pass through the tiles without bouncing away and extra balls are also there for grasp while the usual features such as smaller paddle or faster ball are also included. However, you have to rely on good reflexes and understanding of angles to be really proficient in the game. Just Breakout is a great game for everyone and you will have a smashing good time as you discover the different stages waiting for you. Have fun as you breakaway with Just Breakout.

Moraff's SphereJongg is yet another of our fantastic mahjongg games and a favorite among Moraff fans since 1995. This unique board layout has tiles shaped more like spheres, or as some would say marbles, placed on a photographic quality background. Included with this newest game is a layout editor - now you can create your own layouts! This new version also includes a completely redesigned tile maker program, image browser, background browser, layout selector and more! The spheres have 3D shading, letting you spot at a glance which are available for play. The objective is to eliminate all the spheres by selecting exact matches. Options let you select different layouts, backgrounds, tilesets and cursors, get hints, undo wrong moves, play timed games, and track statistics. Digital sound effects and soothing background music add to the fun. The game spheres can be stacked in three or four row layouts, with large or small spheres in different colors and textures. Your task is to match available spheres to clear them from the board and reveal the background picture. Options include multiple layouts, multiple backgrounds, and two sets of spheres. If you get stumped, use the Hint button to flash available matches. The Undo option can back you up, but you're playing against the clock, so keep searching for pairs. High scores and tile counts are maintained, and sound effects and background music can be toggled.

Bonobo Beach

|
|

Bonobo Beach is a fast and easy tile placement board game for 2 to 4 players, ages 8 and up, duration about 15 minutes. In the PC version you can play against computer and other humans over a network/internet.
"149° West, 17° South", the last words of a dying man. October 2003, the diesel engine is bubbling. A small island at the horizon. Is it Bonobo, the last paradise? The sandy ground is crunching under the trunk of the yacht. A smell of beer and sunoil lays in the air. Your friends are jumping over the railing. There will be a nice place to be.
During a turn, a player either places a tile (with varying plus- and minus-values) or places a pawn onto an intersection, similar to the mechanics in Auf Heller und Pfennig or Isis und Osiris. New in this game are the triangular tiles on the island, which have varying effects that only count when tiles are properly placed around them: doubling, banishment or switching signs. The triangles generate placement restrictions which in turn lead to forced placements and a tactical game regardless of number of players.
There are two different types of scoring. Pawns that sit on intersections that are completely built up with tiles are scored immediately and can be placed anew. Pawns that sit on incomplete intersections have to wait until the end of the game and are only scored then. The scores are determined by the values of the buildings and the triangle tile modifications. Highest score wins.

Pure Patience
License: Freeware

|
| |
Pure Patience is a card game of patience, or solitaire, as it is called in America. The object
of the game is to combine the tiles as a full house.
Cards are shuffled and placed on the desk in 4 rows with 13 cards in each. The way you place
cards on a desk in a traditional patience card game usually depends on your liking, spirits or
whim, but the software will do it for you, and you will only have to do the most interesting
thing - to play the game!
The starting card is the leftmost card in the uppermost row. It designates the starting suit
and rank. This card cannot be relocated during the game.
The game is won when the following conditions are met:
1 Each row contains a full suit. There may be only one suit per row.
2 Suits follow each other in the following order:
- Clubs
- Hearts
- Spades
- Diamonds
The suit designated by the starting card begins the sequence, the way suits succeed each other
must be preserved.
3 Ranks in each row are lined up in either ascending or descending order, e.g.:
- 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - Jack - Queen - King - Ace
The rank that ends a row, begins the next row.
4 Ascending and descending orders alternate as follows:
- 1st row ascending from left to right
- 2nd row descending from left to right
- 3rd row ascending from left to right
- 4th row descending from left to right
Pure Patience is free. No spyware or adware modules are included; it is just a free card game.
