The Ohmikron 3D Model Editor was designed to improve the speed and efficiency of 3-D graphics artists and to make it easier to import 3D models into new software applications. Unlike conventional three-dimensional modeling packages, the Ohmikron model editor gives you precise control over texture mapping at the time each three-dimensional object is created. Instead of creating a model and then applying a texture to it, you create the model by drawing it directly on the texture. Textures are embedded in saved model files so there is no problem with models getting separated from their textures. You can extract the textures any time and save them to bitmap files, modify and reload them into your model. Multiple geometric mesh objects can be created from a single texture and combined into a three-dimensional model, with any seams quickly and accurately closed. Solids of extrusion and revolution can be quickly created with texture map coordinates automatically applied at the time of creation. Restricted vertex editing allows modification of three-dimensional geometry in situations where vertex selection would otherwise be ambiguous. Onekit Texture Converter is a freeware tool for 3D game developers. This tool converts PNG format images to JPG images, taking into account the alpha channel presence. However, it's not all this tool can perform. There're also available such features as output size managing and size correctness checking that are required in 3D game development. There’s no need to make an artist or a 3D modeler create JPG textures. It’s okay for them to create and use PNG files. And still you can take the advantages of JPG files in a game after performing a PNG to JPG conversion with the help of Onekit Texture Converter. The artist may incorrectly set the texture dimensions. Say, he can use 1125x1224 textures. Onekit Texture Converter will easily reduce the dimensions to the ones required in 3D game development. In the above case the proportions will be set to 1024x1024. In case a texture has incorrect dimensions, one of the following proportions will be used instead: 16x16, 32x32, 64x64, 128x128, 256x256, 512x512, 1024x1024, 2048x2048, 4096x4096, 8192x8192, 16384x16384. Attention: due to a rational texture proportions principle, Onekit Texture Converter will always reduce texture dimensions to the closest ones used in 3D game development. Say, a 64x63 texture will be reduced to a 32x32 one.

3D Browser Light is a file explorer, which makes viewing, editing and organizing your images, 3D files and audio files easier. For each directory, 3D Browser Light displays high quality thumbnails for each recognized files, computed in a background thread. 3D Browser Light recognized more than 60 images formats, a lot of 3D formats and most of audio files. Several customizable displays modes, sorts modes and files filters makes browsing directories very comfortable. Images or scenes can viewed or edited with the 3D Browser Light viewers or in an external application, using the fast application access toolbar, drag & drop, or the application selection dialog. Each file has its own property sheet which contains information about author, title, legend, description, keywords. This sheet contains also taking-picture condition information (for images issued from a digital camera) or faces, points materials information for 3D files. You can retrieve your files entering one of these specifics information, using the search feature. 3D Browser Light has an image viewer and an OpenGL viewer for an high-quality display of your images and 3D scenes. Viewers include slides show feature and navigation features to display quickly files contained in the directory. The image viewer can display the image or the alpha channel. It allows convertion, and offers basics editings features (rotate, flip, color inversion...). The OpenGL viewer clearly shows scene hierarchy and materials. It has several rendering mode (wireframed flatted, smoothed, smoothed/wireframed...) and displays textures when they exist. Point of view is defined using the display features (zoom, pan, auto zoom...) and can be used to update the current scene thumbnail or as the default point of view for thumbnails computation. 3D Browser Light also allows playing audio files really easily. It displays useful information for MP3 files (author, title, length...) in the tooltips.

Max 2 is an extended 2D platform game. To play this game you need a lot of dexterity and a small dose of logical thinking ability. Goal is really easy - just kill all the enemies and get to next level :). But of course there's more handicaps than only enemies: you can find moving platforms, electric platforms (which can kill Max on contact) and many more. One of the most important things in this game is collecting money (which usually look like a pack of banknotes). You need to collect lots of money to get bonuses, secret levels access, and to complete game :). Hey, I didn't tell anything about graphic & music yet. In my personal opinion graphic is great, but I don't need to tell you everything, you should just watch screens in full scale and you will see it on your own. All movable objects are 256 colours sprites with smooth animation (movable objects are: player, enemies etc.). Other elements of this game are made from the hi-res generated textures. Backgrounds, platforms and other not first-perspective graphic are full color (17 milions of colours) great images. Music has very high quality and it's a great supplement for the game, even if it's only in form of midi files. Almost everything in this game has it own sound: ricochetes, enemies' hit, explosions etc. Game has a big playability so you won't be disappointed.
