Flexibility TERAVoice combines the ease-of-use of simple voicemail solutions and the flexibility of programmable systems. Voice mailboxes, voice menus and several other call handlers can be created with just a few mouse-clicks. At the same time TERAVoice provides an easy to understand programming interface for creation of custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application. Through its integrated scripting capabilities, building custom solutions is as easy as creating ASP (Active Server Pages) web pages. Notification TERAVoice is compatible with all SMTP-based messaging systems and mail servers for delivering voice messages and call notifications. Additionally subscribers can be notified via SMS or pager messages and by the MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) of their PBX telephones. A windows client tool for notification and mailbox configuration is available as well.

Automatic appointment reminder by phone from Microsoft Outlook. A FREE Outlook addin that takes advantage the telephony capabilities of Voicent Gateway, a VoiceXML gateway software from Voicent Communications, Inc. Free version available. The alert pop up window from Outlook is useless if you are not in front of your computer. This program solves the problem by enabling Outlook to call your cell phone or any phone for the appointment alert. The appointment reminder message, containing subject, location, start time, and notes, is read by computer over the phone using text to speech technology. Easy to use and fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook. Since it is an addin, the program automatically starts when Outlook starts, and terminates when Outlook terminates. OutlookReminder adds a Reminder Call page to Outlook's new appointment dialog. In that page you can specify whether to make appointment reminder call and the number to call. At the appointment reminder time, the usual alert window will pop up and an alert phone call will be made automatically. The default is no reminder call, so everything is exactly the same if you do not set up the appointment reminders. You can set up Voicent Gateway in another machine and have this program connects to it over the network. This is made possible by Voicent Gateway's web capability. It is easy to share a common gateway by different people or at different locations, such as one at home and the other at office. Appointment reminders by phone is also possible by using Voicent AutoReminder, another product from Voicent Communications, Inc. The product contains an easy to use calendar, similar to Outlook. If you do not have Outlook, you should just use that program. Free version available also. Ideal for mobile professionals. Never miss an appointment again.

You have no doubt wished you could be aware on who is calling without the need to pick up the phone and answer a call. Call Alert! enables your PC to recognize the caller without the need to answer. Call Alert! employs Caller ID service provided by your phone company, alerting you immediately when a new call arrives. Call Alert! notifies you of the call details unobtrusively by displaying a graphical tool-tip in the Windows taskbar, near the system clock. It will optionally play back a ring sound, which can be customized depending on who's calling. That means balance is calculated after a call termination. If any of the conditions are broken, then a system reacts according to the specified settings. This program reminds you about future (and past) birthdays and anniversaries of weddings. Information is taken directly from the Address Book of MS Outlook Express (or from Contacts of MS Outlook), this allows you not to duplicate the same information in several places. To edit the list of contacts (i.e. friends) and their anniversaries you continue using Outlook Express. However you may change (and view) full information for any contact and connect to him directly from yvReminder. With a single click, you may: - send new message (E-Mail) to selected contact, with the help of Your Mail Program; - go to his (or her) Personal or Business Web Page in the Internet; - make a phone call dialing any personal, mobile or business phone number by your Telephony services (TAPI); - export the whole table of events to the HTML file. So you may copy or print the list. yvReminder doesn't substitute any of these programs - instead, it cooperates with them, making routine operations for you. yvReminder launches automatically each time system starts (its shortcut is placed in the "Startup" folder). It scans for the dates and closes in a case nothing was found (due to the "AutoClose=1" command line parameter). To launch yvReminder without any conditions, click it's shortcut on your Desktop. Records it the table may be sorted by any column, in ascending or descending order. To change sorting order click on title of an appropriate column. Change widths of columns as you wish. Your settings will be stored. The program is supplied with many user interface languages: Chinese, Croatian, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, Slovenian and Spanish-Argentina with very easy procedure to add your language, if it's not in the list.
