	The filter for VirtualDub to remove video noise on VHS movie. Its main task is suppression of noise as small bright lines, red or blue color, less often green. Because of discontinuity of a magnetic layer of VHS-tape such lines always are present at the image. The filter analyses each frame irrespective of others, due to what it brings in additional distortions in comparison with dynamic filters (practically there is a loss of clearness in comparison with the operation blur).
