Bonobo Beach is a fast and easy tile placement board game for 2 to 4 players, ages 8 and up, duration about 15 minutes. In the PC version you can play against computer and other humans over a network/internet.
"149 West, 17 South", the last words of a dying man. October 2003, the diesel engine is bubbling. A small island at the horizon. Is it Bonobo, the last paradise? During a turn, a player either places a tile (with varying plus- and minus-values) or places a pawn onto an intersection, similar to the mechanics in Auf Heller und Pfennig or Isis und Osiris. New in this game are the triangular tiles on the island, which have varying effects that only count when tiles are properly placed around them: doubling, banishment or switching signs. The triangles generate placement restrictions which in turn lead to forced placements and a tactical game regardless of number of players.
There are two different types of scoring. Pawns that sit on intersections that are completely built up with tiles are scored immediately and can be placed anew. Pawns that sit on incomplete intersections have to wait until the end of the game and are only scored then. The scores are determined by the values of the buildings and the triangle tile modifications. Highest score wins.

"Paleofonts V. 2" is an *exe package file of c.12 Mb which is unpacked by default in a separate folder, of c. 38 Mb, from where it can be installed into "Windows"'s "Fonts" folder. With additional software and separate procedures, the True Tupe Fonts may work under some "Linux" distributions. The compilation contains 279 paleographic True Type Files plus a brief *pdf document entitled "Explanation", providing some technical and legal statements. The fonts are designed by various authors, whose intellectual property they represent. The credit for the creation of these fonts is all theirs. All of the fonts are free for personal as well as academic use, but not for commercial purposes such as reselling, charging for use, hiring.
The fonts embody dozens of ancient scripts that have been (and in some instances few of them are still being used) for millennia around the Mediterranean sea, as well as Northern, Central and Eastern parts of Europe, ancient Egypt and Near and Middle East.
