CLIPS - M8 is the simplest of all multi-clipboard and screen capture programs. Just have it running minimized and it captures everything you cut or copy from other programs. It keeps the last 30 clips. When you want to paste one back, all you have to do is restore M8 and click on the clip you want. When you move the mouse over the clips, you can see them in the viewer. Screen capture program, very easy to use. Right-click for contextual menu access. Move and size the window to the desired location, and select the "Capture" command for a region capture of the screen, or the "Full Screen" command for a full capture of the screen.
Save the capture with the "Save" command; png format (by default) gives a perfect result. For precision, the "Image Size" menu displays or sets the real size (pixels) of the capture.
The "Clear" command erases the capture and enables the commands to set the size of the capture.
The "Transparent Mode" command preserves the window and the image in transparency: you can use the capture like a tracing paper.
The "Thumbnail..." command allows to save a thumbnail of the capture (with a Preview command).
Image effects (Lighten, Darken, GrayScale, Invert, Contrast, Color, RGB ...) and some special effects are available with the "Effects" menu.

Junior Icon Editor allows you to edit icons for Windows Vista, XP, 2003, 2000, ME, 98, 95, NT and other. It supports ICO, XPM, XBM and ICPR icon formats. Using this program you can create and edit icons in either standard or custom sizes, with color depths up to 32-bit True Color with 8-bit alpha channel. Launching Junior Icon Editor opens a window with a interface similar to the Windows paint program. You can set Junior Icon Editor to open to a new icon window or nothing. The new icon window shows a grid display with the grid matching the resolution of the icon you want to create. Along the left side are a set of drawing tools typical to most paint programs, including a color picker, eraser, pencil, air brush, paint brush and bucket (flood fill), text, rectangles, ellipses and lines. On the right side of the grid is a color chart (256) to choose from 256 colors. The grid overlay is tabbed, allowing you to open and work on more than one icon, either different sizes of the same icon, or completely different icons. Also shown on the right is a display of how your icon(s) appears actual size. With these tools, anyone can take advantage of the grid overlay and fill in the squares to create an icon that maximizes your artistic skills.
