The PocketLearn Title Development Kit or TDK is a free downloadable kit that can be used to create the content. Alternatively, a commercial tool called Flash Card Studio can be used. All are encouraged to create and submit content. Content creators decide their own compensation by assigning a license type to their work such as free, demo, trial, commercial, etc. PocketLearn Viewers utilize the flashcard paradigm, but also include a testing facility.
