No longer does your fortune appear as plain text on a plain screen, but it is delivered in speech by a fully animated 3D character that moves, speaks and generally amuses. Although developed completely independently, MagikFortune is even backwardly compatible with the old fortunes of the original Fortune application. Indeed many of the fortunes distributed with MagikFortune are from these original archives. MagikFortune is extremely easy to use. We recommend when you install to configure MagikFortune to run on startup, that way a fortune is just a click away. MagikFortune can be configured to deliver fortunes on demand, at regular intervals, or whenever you log in. The rest of the time your character will simply amuse themselves and not disturb you.
