SQL Documentation Tool is a simple tool designed to document and export database schemas into HTML for many different tasks: a history of changes, QA purposes, dependency analysis and reporting.
Many DBAs understand the requirement for documentation, for sql databases overview and management protocol purposes, for example. However, the arduous task is often left unfinished as, in itself, it is a time-consuming and tedious job that doesn’t offer great or immediate benefit to the documenter. SQL Documentation Tool provides a simple solution to this, by connecting to databases and outputting documentation in HTML format that is easy on the eye.

DelphiCodeToDoc is a free documentation system for Delphi.
It uses information about source code symbols and formatted comments in files to produce accurate documentation from your application and component.
This documentation support TEXT file based and HTML style, but will be extend to CHM, PDF, and furthermore other format. DelphiCodeToDoc makes sure the structure of your documentation always stays synchronized with your code. It support JavaDoc style comments, in-line comments, and is open for other "tags based" styles. You can configure DelphiCodeTodoc to extract the code structure from undocumented source files. This is very useful to quickly find your way in large source distributions. You can also visualize the relations between the various source code elements. DelphiCodeTodoc is developed under MS-Windows with Borland Delphi, but will be setup to be portable for Kylix under Linux. It use JCL and JVCL library from Jedi Project.

Gentee is a free programming language. You pay nothing for using this language (even if you use it in your applications).
Gentee is a powerful tool for automation of different operations. It is better to once spend ten minutes for creating a program, than daily spend one minute for execution of chores.
Gentee is not a scripting language. You can execute your program in the Gentee language right away, but since there are no intermediate codes, you can avoid losses of time required for compilation during reruns, even if those are executed rather quickly. Furthermore, an intermediate code makes the initial program text unavailable. On the other hand, you can use Gentee as a scripting or interpreted language because it is allows you to run your pragrams at once.
Gentee is not only a language compiler. Many complete libraries (approximately 400 functions total) are available for working with different types of data. There also are advanced facilities for storing and handling of text data.
Gentee is an easy-to-master programming language, but at the same time its capabilities would not limit your demands in the future, and its syntax would not require anything unnecessary.
