XSL-FO Debugger is the software for visual debugging of XSL stylesheets. It is based on Altsoft Xml2PDF formatting engine. In short, XSL-FO Debugger takes an XSL-FO file or a pair of XML and XSLT files as an input, follows XSL-FO formatting instructions and generates a PDF document as an output. The resulting PDF file may contain layers for displaying boxes (these are content box, allocation box, border box and padding box), baseline tables and breaks for the groups of FO objects and particular FO objects as well.
The XSL-FO specification can be very intricate when you are trying to find out what's wrong with this or that FO document. In fact, it is often not so easy to answer many tricky questions that arise when you create a document with a complex structure and thousands of objects. Why are these nested blocks not present on where they should be? What happened to that line? Where on earth is the header? Is it my error or I should send a letter to the producer of my formatter?
Xsl-Fo Debugger helps you to avoid spending precious time on re-calculating object parameters, re-reading specification and revising your code. It introduces the visual representation of all basic document areas, baseline tables and breaks generated by the formatter so that you can find irritating shortcomings as fast as possible.
What is even more convenient you may select the areas or baselines to be displayed. You may also change the color or opacity of displayed objects as it is described in the following sections. In addition, a separate PDF layer is created for each class of debugged objects, which makes your PDF document interactive and allows turning on/off the particular layers. This feature makes Xsl-Fo Debugger much more applicable and flexible tool. And here the time of your own fantasy and creativity begins!

Arpoon Checksum computes checksums of files. A checksum (message digest, hash value) is a kind of fingerprint that enables to uniquely identify a file or document. This can be used for authentication purposes or to track document modifications.
By way of example, this tool can be utilized to:
* uniquely identify a given file, thus using the checksum as a fingerprint.
* survey a file i.e. to check if a file as been modified by comparing its actual checksum with a previously archived value.
* look for possible duplicate of files by scanning hardware storage devices (hard disk, DVD, CD, memory sticks...)

SDK generates virtual printer driver with all the functionality you find in Miraplacid Publisher. You can customize it and embed into your software. With the driver generated with Miraplacid Publisher SDK you can convert (print) any document to an image or web presentation. Anyone can open your document across a broad range of hardware and software, and it will look exactly as you intended - with layout, fonts, and images intact. No one can modify or copy and paste your texts.
After installation on your PC, driver generated with the SDK appears as a new virtual printer in your system. All the documents you print to this "printer" will be accessible from you software via COM interface. You scale the image, adjust hue, saturation and value, get rid of unused white borders, and do some other image processing. Then you can save results images to disk, upload to FTP or HTTP server,or print them to a real printer.
Miraplacid Publisher SDK supports following output formats: PDF, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PNG, TGA and Web Presentation. When redirecting to a printer, reduce saturation to save color cartridge or increase value to save black ink. Turn "Auto Send" on if you want the driver to send images to chosen destinations without waiting for your input. If you want every document to be saved to an individual file, add {{DATE}}, {{TIME}}, {{IDENTITY}}, {{PAGE}} or {{JOB}} to the file name or path. They will be replaced with current date, time, some unique number, page number and print job id respectively.
SDK is free, but you will need a license to use or redistribute the printer driver it generates.

SDK generates virtual printer driver with all the functionality you find in Miraplacid Text Driver. You can customize it and embed into your software. With the driver generated with Miraplacid Text Driver SDK you can save the extracted information as plain, formatted text or as XML for future processing in all installed codepages and Unicode.
After installation on your PC, driver generated with the SDK appears as a new virtual printer in your system. All the documents you print to this "printer" will be accessible from you software via COM interface. You can browse through the document page to page, get and modify extracted text. Then you can save results to disk, upload to FTP or HTTP server, print them to a real printer or send by email.
Miraplacid Text Driver SDK supports plain and formatted text extraction in all major code pages as well as Unicode.
Turn "Auto Save" on if you want the driver to send extracted text to the chosen destinations without waiting for your input. If you want every document to be saved to an individual file, add {{DATE}}, {{TIME}}, {{SYSFOLDER}}, {{IDENTITY}}, {{PAGE}} or {{JOB}} to the file name or path. They will be replaced with current date, time, system folder, some unique number, page number and print job id respectively.
SDK is free, but you will need a license to use or redistribute the printer driver it generates.
