I didn’t have any good tool that will help me with the little things. I hate going to command prompt and run programs like, ping, tracert, net stat, etc. While administrating couple of small networks, I found out that it will be much more easier to keep all of the clients well updated by enabling the option of controlling them remotely. Installing client side software was out of the question, I don't like to walk to each and every computer on the network and installing a "listening" software manually.
