The files are encrypted/decrypted to a folder which is created in your "My Documents" folder. The name of the folder is 'Encryptor'. The Encryptor folder contains two other folders- 'Encrypted Files' and 'Decrypted Files'. The 'Encryptor' folder can be deleted.
