Besides the program can inspect sizes of printing according to the defined quotas and to prohibit printing, if the quotas are exceeded. This option is additional and can be switched off. The collection of the information and printing job control can be organized by three main ways: - collection of the information and control of printing jobs for the selected printer (printers); - collection of the information and control of printing jobs for the selected user (users); - collection of the information and control of printing jobs for the selected computer. The listed ways can be used as together, and in various combinations, allows to apply the way, most convenient for everyone concrete case, for a control of printing.
