Outlook Times is an Outlook Addin. It adds new features to your Microsoft Outlook installation. Specifically, Outlook Times help you manage time and project reporting.
Outlook Times is designed for single users as well as members of small to large organizations. The main feature let you manage your Outlook calender appointments, tag them with project or customer info and export them to Microsoft Excel for printout or further consolidation.
Simply add and edit your personal list of tags to be used with your Outlook calendar info. This tag, together with existing info in Outlook, gives you the basic time reporting info you need - date, description, duration, tag.
When you next make an appointment in Outlook, you can easily tag it to a particular project or customer. This can be done from the appointment form or from the Outlook overview. Your tag is stored together with the item.
Outlook Times let you export your time and project information to Excel with a few clicks of the mouse. You can select different export criterias. A customizable Excel template is used for the report, and you can use existing powerful Excel features to sort, filter and summarize the report. A diagram can automatically be created as an export option.
Outlook Times Addin is tested on Microsoft Outlook 2000 SP4, Outlook XP, Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 and Microsoft Excel 2000 SP4, Excel XP, Excel 2003 and Excel 2007. No specific requirements on OS other than that the Outlook and Excel installations is configured and working correctly. Outlook Times Addin does not require Exchange Server and will work with or without it.

The points below gives you a brief overview of the SQL Excel Add-in.
- SQL Excel adds easy database access to MS Excel. SQL Excel has a very easy to use interface and you will only take minutes to set up and start to use. After install an Extra Excel Toolbar will be added to your Excel. This toolbar holds 5 different buttons and gives you access to all of the functionality of the Addin.
- SQL Excel can connect to all standard databases so you can easily consolidate data from different data sources (MS SQL Server, MS Acces, Oracle, MY SQL etc.) The first button on the SQL Exel Toolbar (the blue database icon) - loads the SQL Excel Connections form where you can manage your connections.
- The core functionality of the add-in is the retrieveal of the data into Excel and the "SQL" button on the toolbar loads the SQL Entry form. This form has been setup to make it easy to switch between different databases (and providers). To get the data from a database into Excel you execute a query or select statement on the form. There is a button to execute the SQL And display it in a grid on the form (which will appear on the bottom of the form if the "Run SQL and Preview in Grid" button is selected).
- Last but not least, SQL Excel is a freeware application. SQL Excel is a Genuine Freeware! Absolultely NO Ads, NO Spware, No Time Limits.

CodeTwo CatMan allows sharing of Outlook categories with other users on the local network and manage them in an easy way. Installing CodeTwo CatMan on machines on the local network and using a shared configuration file, one can very easily create a mechanism for centralized management of shared Outlook categories in the network.
The program introduces the term of public and private categories. Public categories are defined in an external configuration file and are common to all users on the network. Private categories are the categories added in Outlook locally by a user and they are only visible for that user. On the list of categories a user can see both his own private categories and the public categories. All the time the Outlook client is open, the program monitors the public categories file. When one of the public categories is added, deleted or modified, the list of Outlook categories is updated respectively.
The program features a category editor, in which the user can conveniently edit private and public categories. Setting write access rights to the file containing public categories, the administrator can define which users can modify them.
