EasyCombineMail combines multiple emails into one. This product is for users who want to manage their emails while reducing their mailbox usage. After an email has been sent/forwarded/CC’ed/Replied, there is a lot of duplicate emails entries. This is especially true if you broadcast an email to a group. You will want to manage the replies easily. To look at each reply is very time consuming and error prone. With EasyCombineMail, you can view the replies in just one combined email. It saves you a lot of time and work. You may choose to show the result in condensed text or original format. The combined email is organized in chronological order of receive date and time.
Very often we use emails to communication with the project team, organize activities, manage help desk and technical support. There may also be a need to send out invitations or surveys to group members. Reviewing and organizing the replies is very time consuming. With EasyCombineMail, you can combine a group of emails into one consolidated with duplicate entries removed. You may then save or forward it to others.
In Full Display Mode, the content of the combined email preserves the format of the original emails. In Condensed Mode, all hyperlinks, format and pictures are removed. This mode is great in preventing accidental triggering of a virus while viewing. It also displays more information rather than seeing large pictures that consume precious display area.
From the combined email, you can view the original emails that make up this consolidated view. Furthermore, you can even move this combined email and all of its composite emails to your local computer. With this operation, you save tremendous amount of mailbox space. You will never run out of mailbox spaces anymore.
