Avatar Sizer takes an image and makes it smaller, suitable for use as an Avatar. That's its job and it does it extremely well. Oh, and it is FREE! Avatar Sizer is exceptionally easy to use and can convert most of the popular image types into an Avatar. Any image can be made into an Avatar? In theory, Yes!
